App Version 4.0 – What’s New & What We’re Fixing

We’ve recently rolled out a new version of the Happy Baby app, and we know that updates—especially ones with a refreshed interface—can take a little time to get used to. We appreciate your patience as you explore the new layout and features.


At the same time, we’re aware of a few bugs that may be affecting some users. We’re actively working on these, and the upcoming version 4.0.2 will include fixes for the most commonly reported issues.


Below is an overview of the known issues and what you can do for now:


1. Wrong Sleep Predictions


If the recommended sleep times don't seem accurate, this is likely due to a misalignment between the nap schedule and sleep settings.


What you can do:

  • Go to Diary → Schedule → Adjust Daily Naps, and check if the current naps reflect your baby’s actual rhythm.

  • Alternatively, tap Reset to sync your daily naps with your configured sleep schedule.



2. Sleep Schedule Not Updating After Nap Goal Change
If your sleep schedule doesn't reflect a new nap goal you've set, the current workaround is to manually reset the daily naps.

What you can do:

  • Go to Diary → Schedule → Adjust Daily Naps

  • Or tap Reset to align the nap structure with your updated nap goal



3. Estimates Not Showing in the History Screen
Sleep estimates are missing or not displaying properly in the history view.



4. Notifications Not Received
Not receiving push notifications as expected.


What you can do:

  • Please ensure you're using the latest app version and update to the latest device operating system. Updating the app should restore these functionalities.
