If none of the articles help in your situation, you can still try the following steps first to see if they resolve the issue right away. Please double-check which email you're logged in with, so you can easily log back in using the correct one.

Update the app – Make sure you have the latest version installed. You can find the installed version in the App Information under Profile -> Settings in the Happy Baby app. The lastest version is: v4.0.6

Reinstall the app – Sometimes, deleting and reinstalling the app can solve the issue. As all your data is stored in your account, nothing will be lost. Please make sure to log in with the same email / social account as before to not create a new, second account. You can find the currently used email on the same App Information screen from above.

If the problem persists, please let us know and send us screenshots or, ideally, a screen recording of the issue and of your app information in the settings. This way, we can better understand the specifics of what’s happening where, helping us to find a solution quicker without a couple of rounds of back-and-forth emails.

Once we have received the requested information, we will get back to you within 48 hours (two working days). 


If your problem is urgent, please respond with "URGENT" via e-mail so we can prioritise your case. Please remember to do this only for truly urgent cases to avoid unfairly delaying other parents' emails.
