If your data is missing, don’t worry! In most cases, this happens when you're accidentally logged into a different account. Here's how to quickly restore your data:
Step 1: Make Sure You’re Logged in With the Right Email
Your data is linked to the email you used to sign up. If you're seeing an empty account, you might be logged in with a different email.
✅ Check your frequently used email addresses – Try logging out and logging back in using another email you commonly use.
✅ Check where we send emails – Look through your inbox for past emails from Happy Baby. The email address that received them is the one linked to your account.
Step 2: Log Out and Log Back In
- Open the Happy Baby app.
- Go to Profile → Settings → Log Out.
- Log back in using the correct email address.
Step 3: Restore Your Subscription (If Needed)
If your subscription is still locked after logging in with the right email:
- Go to the subscription page (paywall) in the app.
- Scroll all the way down.
- Tap on “Restore Subscription”.
This should reactivate your subscription and bring back your data!
