Lost access to my subscription / paid features are locked

No worries! If your Happy Baby Plus subscription is suddenly unavailable or paid features are locked, you can easily restore it.


How to restore your subscription:


1️⃣ Check your login credentials

  • Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used to purchase the subscription.
  • If you accidentally signed in with a different email or social media account, log out and log back in using the correct email.
  • You can find the email currently linked to your account in the app under Profile → Settings → App Information.


2️⃣ Manually restore your subscription

  • Go to the subscription page (paywall) in the app.
  • Scroll all the way down.
  • Tap on “Restore Subscription”.


This should reactivate your subscription instantly!


If your subscription is still not active after this, please send us a screenshot of your purchase confirmation from the App Store / Google Play Store along with the email address you use in the app. We’ll be happy to assist you!
