To get the most out of Happy Baby and our smart DreamTimer, it’s important to make sure your baby’s sleep settings are set correctly. These settings help the app calculate the right time to put your baby to sleep – both during the day and at night.
Where to find your baby’s sleep settings:
Open the Happy Baby app
Tap your Profile Avatar on the top left corner
Go to Your Sleep Schedule
What to check and adjust:
Night Sleep Period
Make sure the night time sleep is correct. This helps DreamTimer estimate how much sleep is still needed during the day and will give you the right predictions towards the end of the day.
Naps per day
Set how many naps your baby usually needs per day.
You can toggle this number up or down as your baby grows and sleep needs change. Make sure you set the toggle correctly if there should be flexibility in the schedule, or not.
? When to update the settings:
You’ve noticed changes in your baby’s sleep routine
Your baby is transitioning to fewer naps
Your schedule has shifted (e.g. travel, daycare start)
Keeping your settings up to date means DreamTimer stays accurate — and bedtime stays smoother for everyone!
