If your last sleep recommendation isn’t showing and you see the message "Recommendations will be available again tomorrow at 3:30 AM", it may be due to your Night Sleep Period settings.
Why Does This Happen?
The app calculates sleep recommendations based on your Night Sleep Period settings. If the start of your night sleep is set too close to the last nap, the app may not display an additional recommendation for the current day.
How to Fix This:
1️⃣ Check Your Night Sleep Settings
- Open the Happy Baby app.
- Go to Profile → Your Sleep Schedule → Night Sleep Period.
- Make sure the time range is set correctly.
2️⃣ Adjust the Night Sleep Period
- If the night sleep period starts too early (e.g., at 5:30 PM, but your baby usually sleeps around 7:30 PM), try shifting it later.
- Set the time range to reflect the earliest realistic bedtime and the latest wake-up time (e.g., 6:30 PM – 8:00 AM instead of 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM).
3️⃣ Save Changes & Monitor Future Recommendations
- After adjusting, the app should start calculating recommendations correctly again.
- If the issue persists, check past sleep entries to ensure naps and night sleep are classified correctly.
