My Data or Subscription is Missing

No worries! If your Happy Baby Plus subscription suddenly seems unavailable or paid features are locked, you can easily restore it.


1️⃣ Check your login credentials

Make sure you're logged in with the same email address you used to sign up and purchase your subscription.
Here’s how:

  • Open the Happy Baby app

  • Tap on your Profile Avatar

  • Go to Edit Profile

  • Check the email address listed there


2️⃣ Log out and log back in

  • Note down the correct email address linked to your Happy Baby account

  • Go to Settings, scroll to the bottom of the screen

  • Log out of the app

  • Log back in with the right email address


3️⃣ Manually restore your subscription

Still not working? Try this:

  • Open the subscription screen (where you normally see upgrade options)

  • Scroll all the way down

  • Tap “Restore Subscription”

This should instantly unlock your Happy Baby Plus access again.
