What to do if you can’t tap “Unlock Plus”

If you’re trying to upgrade from the free version to Happy Baby Plus but the “Unlock Plus” button won’t respond, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Restart the app

1. Fully close the app.

2. Reopen it.

3. Try tapping “Unlock Plus” at the top of the screen again.

Step 2: Reinstall the app

1. Delete the Happy Baby app from your device.

2. Reinstall it from the App Store or Google Play Store.

3. Open the app and check whether the button is now working.

Step 3: Tap the “Unlock Plus” button

1. Open the app.

2. Tap “Unlock Plus” at the top of the main screen.

3. This will take you to the purchase screen.

Step 4: Enter a code (if you have one)

1. On the purchase screen, scroll down to find the “Enter Code” button.

2. Tap “Enter Code.”

3. Type in your code and confirm.

4. Your Happy Baby Plus access will then be activated.

Important note for Android users

If you’re using an Android device: Please be aware that it can take a few days for the Google Play Store to fully sync your device with your subscription status. If the button still doesn’t work, you might have to wait a couple of days and try again.
