Not receiving emails when using Apple’s Hide My Email

If you signed up for Happy Baby with Apple’s Hide My Email feature (addresses ending in @privaterelay.appleid.com), our messages may occasionally stop reaching you. This can happen if the email alias was disabled, deleted, or reset in your Apple settings. Don’t worry — here’s how to get back on track.


1. Log in again with Apple

  1. Log out of the Happy Baby app.

  2. Log back in using Sign in with Apple (not email + password).


This usually reconnects your account to the correct Apple email alias.


2. If that doesn’t fix it

  • Open your Apple ID settings and check whether the Hide My Email alias you used with Happy Baby is still active.

  • If the alias was deleted or reset in iCloud, it cannot be restored — and unfortunately, we can’t reactivate it from our side.

  • If your Hide My Email alias can’t be restored, or if you’d like to switch to a different email address, please contact our support. Once we confirm your identity, we’ll update your account with a new email so you can continue receiving updates.
